Electrician - Control Panel Building

The Electrician - Panel Building is responsible for assembling, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical control panels, MCC panels, PLC panels, VFD panels, and industrial automation systems as per electrical drawings, customer specifications, and quality standards. The role requires strong knowledge of electrical components, panel wiring practices, and safety procedures.

Assemble electrical control panels as per GA drawings and wiring schematics.

Mount electrical components including

MCBs, MCCBs, Contactors

Relays, Timers

VFDs, Soft Starters

PLCs, HMIs

Power Supplies and Terminal Blocks

Perform internal and external panel wiring according to electrical drawings.

Route and terminate cables, ferrules, glands, and lugs.

Read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and layout drawings.

Conduct continuity checks and insulation resistance testing.

Troubleshoot wiring and component-related issues during assembly and testing.
