Soft Skills Trainer — Laurus Institute, Kalamassery, Kochi

Laurus Institute, Kalamassery, Kochi, is hiring a full-time, in-house Soft Skills Trainer to work with our Diploma, PG Diploma and MBA students in logistics and supply chain management. This is an urgent opening — candidates who can join within two weeks will be preferred.

What you will do

Run daily sessions on spoken English and communication, presentation skills, group discussions, interview preparation, email and workplace etiquette, and personal grooming.

Design short activities, role plays and mock interviews.

Track each student’s progress and work with the placement team so students are ready for company interviews.

What we look for

Graduate in any stream; MA English, communication or HR background is an advantage.

1–4 years of training experience at an institute, college, BPO or corporate L&D team. Strong freshers with proven public-speaking ability can also apply.

Fluent English and Malayalam.

Confident on stage, able to run a room of 30–40 students.

A 10-minute demo session is part of the interview.

Salary

₹25,000 per month, negotiable for the right candidate.

Location

Laurus Institute, Karippai Road, North Kalamassery, Kochi 683104 (on campus, Monday to Saturday).
