Key Responsibilities
Review medical records for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
Audit clinical documentation for compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
Identify documentation gaps and provide constructive feedback to clinical and coding teams.
Ensure accurate documentation of diagnoses and procedures to support appropriate coding.
Prepare audit reports, recommend corrective actions, and support quality improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with clinical teams to enhance documentation practices and maintain quality standards.
What We're Looking For
A degree in Nursing or Physiotherapy is mandatory.
Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid credentials.
1–3 years of relevant experience in clinical documentation, chart review, medical scribing, auditing, or a related role in a clinical or BPO environment will be an added advantage.
