JOB DESCRIPTION
Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
Explain solar rooftop systems, benefits, pricing, and government subsidies.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.
Maintain customer details and update lead status in the CRM.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Coordinate with the field sales team for site visits and quotations.
Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.
Submit daily call reports and lead updates to the reporting manager.
