PROCUREMENT EXPEDITOR

Facilitate and monitor the flow of materials to and from project sites and departments

Coordinate with vendors/suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials

Execute and monitor regular purchasing activities in coordination with Buyer

Follow up on purchase orders and ensure on-time delivery (local & overseas)

Coordinate with project teams, logistics, and suppliers for assigned projects

Monitor inventory levels as designated

Handle vendor claims related to shortages, defective or missing materials

Ensure compliance with procurement procedures and QHSE policies

Strong knowledge of procurement tracking and vendor coordination

Knowledge of equipment, materials, and mechanical works

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Experience in ERP purchase modules

Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills

Pay

₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
