About this job

Key Responsibilities

Manage product listings, descriptions, images, and pricing.

Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges.

Update inventory and stock availability.

Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams.

Maintain accurate product and order records.

Requirements

Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and MS Excel.

Good computer skills and attention to detail.

Experience in product listing and order processing preferred.

Freshers with relevant skills may apply.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate

Kochi, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
