JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Chat Process role. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries through chat, providing accurate information, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

ELIGIBILITY

Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply

Minimum 6 months of International Chat Process experience required

Excellent written English communication

Good typing speed and accuracy

Strong customer-handling and problem-solving skills

Comfortable working in rotational shifts
