Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordination with overseas agents
Coordination with customers
To quote rates to the customers and feedback
Arrange shipments as per customer’s requirements at various destinations
Send CAN to the customers well before arrival the shipments
Arrange DSRs to the premium customers on daily basis
Making routing orders in Topaz with selling rates
To check the overseas invoices
To arrange the manifest docs from the forwarders well before

- Should have good software skills (Ms-Excel)
- Should have good communication skills (Email communication) and positive attitude·
