Operations Unit: Premium Club Experience: 4 to 6 years

Job Objective

Oversee day-to-day operations of the Front Office, Spa & Salon and Activity Zones (Gym, Swimming Pool, Multipurpose Courts, Billiards Room, Squash Courts) to deliver a premium experience to members and guests. The role manages staff, resolves member concerns, upholds safety and service standards, and coordinates across departments.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise front desk staff to maintain a warm, efficient and professional welcome, and train them on check-ins, queries and personalised guest service.

Resolve member concerns, feedback and disputes promptly and courteously, and escalate maintenance issues to the concerned departments.

Supervise Spa & Salon teams and coordinate with trainers, coaches and attendants for a consistent member experience.

Ensure all bookings, reservations and events are managed effectively.

Keep all activity zones clean, safe and guest-ready, and enforce club rules, dress codes and booking protocols.

Inspect guest rooms and public areas routinely for cleanliness, grooming, linen and amenity availability, and arrange immediate corrective action.

Audit fire safety, emergency procedures, hygiene and safety protocols across departments.

Monitor shift revenue for Rooms, Spa & Salon and Sports, and identify upgrade, cross-selling and pre-booking opportunities.

Control consumables (spa products, towels, gym supplies) to reduce wastage, and support department heads in staying within budget.

Devise new packages or promotions to grow revenue, and coordinate with vendors for supplies, maintenance and training.

Run pre-shift briefings and club walkthroughs, maintain logs and reports, and ensure proper shift handover.

Manage staff grooming, punctuality and professionalism, and act as the go-to leader during the shift.

Desired Profile

4 to 6 years in luxury hotels, premium clubs or high-end residential hospitality, with hands-on Front Office / Rooms experience and exposure to coordinating multiple departments.

Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Proven complaint handling and service-recovery skills.

Able to operate POS systems, booking software and reporting tools.

Basic knowledge of inventory and maintenance tracking systems.
