Account Executive

Key Responsibilities

Record daily accounting entries in Tally/ERP, including purchase, sales, receipts, and payments

Process vendor invoices, verify them against POs/GRNs, and prepare payments

Maintain accounts payable and receivable ledgers and follow up on outstanding dues

Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain petty cash records

Reconcile daily revenue reports (room, F&B, banquet) with POS/PMS and cash/card/UPI collections

Prepare GST, TDS, and PF/ESI data for filing, in coordination with the Assistant Manager – Finance

Assist in month-end closing, MIS reports, and schedules for audits

Maintain and file vouchers, bills, and supporting documents systematically

Coordinate with store, purchase, and other departments to resolve billing discrepancies
