E-Commerce Executive & Digital Marketing Associate

SolvenHub Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and motivated E-Commerce Executive & Digital Marketing Associate to join our team in Thane, Mumbai. The selected candidate will work with US-based clients and manage day-to-day e-commerce operations, online marketing campaigns, product research, and social media activities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily operations across e-commerce platforms, including Amazon and Shopify.

Manage and maintain product listings, product descriptions, pricing, and inventory information.

Conduct product research to identify potential products and market opportunities.

Assist in planning, managing, and monitoring Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook and Instagram).

Manage social media accounts, content updates, and day-to-day engagement.

Monitor advertising performance and assist with campaign optimization.

Understand basic dropshipping business models and order fulfillment processes.

Coordinate with US-based clients regarding daily tasks, updates, and operational requirements.

Track orders, product availability, and other e-commerce activities.

Prepare daily work updates and maintain operational reports.

Learn and implement new tools and processes as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or online business operations.

Basic to intermediate knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Shopify.

Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Facebook/Instagram advertising campaigns.

Experience with product research, product listing, and online store management.

Basic understanding of dropshipping and e-commerce operations.

Good communication skills and the ability to coordinate with US-based clients.

Basic computer skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.

Willingness to work night shifts and rotational shifts.

Ability to work from the office in Thane, Mumbai.

A responsible attitude and willingness to commit to a long-term role.

Training & Development

Training will be provided on company-specific processes, tools, and workflows. However, candidates should already have at least two years of relevant experience and a basic understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing.

Salary & Benefits

Monthly salary

₹30,000 – ₹40,000, depending on experience and skills.

Full-time, office-based employment.

Working Schedule

Monday to Saturday.

Six working days per week.

Rotational shifts, with approximately 80% of shifts scheduled during US business hours or at night in India.
