Job description

We are hiring customer-focused professionals for a voice process. In this role, you will support customers over calls, resolve their queries, and recommend relevant products or services while delivering a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries accurately and efficiently.

Understand customer needs and recommend relevant products or services.

Maintain clear and accurate records of customer interactions.

Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.

Meet targets for customer satisfaction, call quality, and sales.

Eligibility

HSC or Graduate.

Minimum 12 months of relevant experience.

Age up to 39 years.

Good verbal communication skills in English.

Willingness to work 24x7 rotational shifts with 2 rotational offs.

Transport boundary

CST, Mira Road, Kalyan, and Kharghar.
