Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Data Entry & Lead Generation Executive to support our business development activities. The role involves accurate data management, online research, and identifying potential leads to support sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in CRM and databases

Conduct online research to identify potential clients and prospects

Generate and compile qualified leads from various platforms

Verify and clean data to ensure accuracy and relevance

Maintain organized records of leads and contact details

Support the sales/marketing team with lead lists and reports

Track outreach status and update lead progress

Ensure data confidentiality and compliance

Requirements

Graduate or equivalent qualification

Good typing speed and accuracy

Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets

Internet research skills

Attention to detail and organization

Ability to meet deadlines

Good written communication skills
