Order Management Specialist

Core Responsibilities

Order Processing & Entry: Accurately record, review, and acknowledge customer purchase orders in enterprise systems like SAP or Salesforce. [1, 2, 3]

Lifecycle & Logistics Tracking: Monitor order statuses, coordinate shipping schedules, and expedite deliveries with suppliers and carriers. [1, 2]

Exception & Dispute Handling

Resolve backorders, split shipments, pricing discrepancies, and invoice or billing disputes. [1, 2, 3]

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate with sales, warehouse, and customer service teams to address technical queries and delivery commitments. [1, 2]

Returns & Reverse Logistics

Process product returns, exchanges, and warranty replacements according to company policy. [1, 2, 3]

Key Requirements & Skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.

Technical Proficiency: Experience with ERP and order management platforms (such as SAP S/4HANA, NetSuite, or Salesforce) and spreadsheet tools like Excel.

Domain Knowledge

Understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows, inventory visibility, and export/import compliance.

Soft Skills
