About Prepado

Prepado lets freshers try a job before they take it. They spend three weeks in a simulation of a real job, with the job’s real tools built in, and get scored. Companies hire on those verified scores, and colleges see how job-ready their students are. We launched in August 2026, with 2 live simulations and 13 packs built. We’re starting in India, with the UAE next.

What you’ll do

Reach out to colleges, placement cells and companies that hire freshers, and set up calls

Follow up on our existing leads and help turn pilots into paid cohorts

Research and build lists of colleges and companies to approach

Sit in on calls with the founders, then start running first conversations yourself

Keep a clear record of leads and conversations, and share progress each week

Bring what you hear from customers back to the team

Who we’re looking for

Students or fresh graduates, any degree, no experience needed

Clear, confident communication in English and Hindi, in writing and on calls

Curious, organised and comfortable following up until you get an answer

Happy to work in an early-stage team where nothing is set up yet

Nice to have

Experience in a college club, fest or committee where you contacted people or raised funds

Any sales, marketing or outreach experience, even a small one

Contacts in colleges or companies, or in the UAE
