Radiance Hair & Skin Clinic is a growing hair and skin care clinic offering advanced laser hair reduction, aesthetic skin treatments, HydraFacial services, and non-surgical hair restoration solutions. We are looking for a qualified and experienced Consultant Dermatologist to join our team and help deliver safe, effective, and patient-focused dermatological care.

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Consultant Dermatologist to provide dermatological consultations, assess patients, recommend suitable treatment plans, supervise aesthetic and laser procedures, and guide our clinical team on patient safety and treatment protocols.

The ideal candidate should have a strong foundation in clinical dermatology, with a preference for experience in laser treatments and aesthetic dermatology.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct dermatological consultations and assess patients' skin and hair concerns.

Diagnose dermatological conditions and recommend appropriate treatment plans.

Evaluate patients for laser hair reduction, pigmentation treatments, and other suitable aesthetic procedures.

Supervise clinical procedures and ensure treatments are performed within the practitioner's competence and applicable clinical guidelines.

Provide medical oversight for treatments using Alma Soprano Titanium Special Edition and Alma Soprano ICE laser systems.

Guide the team on the appropriate use of the Koretex GL022 Q-Switched Nd laser and HydraFacial machines.

Establish and monitor patient safety protocols, infection control practices, contraindication screening, and adverse-event management procedures.

Assess patient suitability before procedures and advise on pre-treatment and post-treatment care.

Review treatment outcomes and recommend follow-up sessions where clinically appropriate.

Train and guide skin technicians on approved protocols, treatment documentation, and escalation of clinical concerns.

Maintain accurate patient records, informed consent, prescriptions, and treatment documentation.

Ensure compliance with applicable medical, ethical, and clinical practice requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

MD/DNB in Dermatology, Venereology & Leprosy (DVL), or an equivalent recognized postgraduate qualification.

Valid medical registration with the applicable medical council.

Experience in clinical dermatology, aesthetic dermatology, or laser-based treatments is preferred.

Practical knowledge of laser hair reduction, Q-switched Nd laser treatments, and HydraFacial procedures is an advantage.

Strong clinical judgment, patient communication, and counselling skills.

Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and clinical safety.
