Customer Support Executive (15000/month salary)

About the Role

We are looking for Customer Support Executives to handle customer inquiries and provide timely, accurate, and professional assistance. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to resolve queries efficiently across multiple communication channels.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer inquiries via inbound phone calls, emails, and chats.

Understand customer concerns and provide accurate and timely resolutions.

Maintain a professional and courteous approach while interacting with customers.

Record customer interactions, queries, and resolutions using the provided software.

Follow established processes and guidelines to ensure a positive customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in inbound customer service are preferred.

Freshers are also welcome to apply.

Education

Undergraduate and graduate candidates are eligible to apply.

Working Hours

Shifts will fall within the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM window.

9-hour shift, including applicable breaks.
