Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via email, WhatsApp & calls.

Provide support for orders, returns & product information.

Manage customer data using Excel/Google Sheets.

Assist in email & WhatsApp marketing campaigns.

Coordinate with operations team for smooth order processing.

1+ year experience in customer support (e-commerce preferred).

Strong communication skills (English & Hindi).

Knowledge of Excel
