About this job

Assist customers with ticket booking and seat guidance.

Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems for ticket and food sales.

Serve food and beverages efficiently at concession counters.

Handle cash and digital payments accurately.

Guide guests inside auditoriums and check tickets.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.

Resolve customer queries politely and professionally.

Upsell combo offers and premium products.

Support crowd management during entry and exit of shows.

Ensure smooth customer service during peak hours and special screenings.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per year
