Tele calling Executive

We are looking for a confident, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to communicate professionally with customers over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain the company's products or services clearly.
• Generate leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide relevant information.
• Maintain records of calls, customer details, and follow-ups.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
• Maintain a polite and professional approach during conversations.
