Job Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor daily operations across retail stores.
• Conduct regular field visits to stores and ensure smooth functioning.
• Monitor store staff attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with store managers to resolve operational issues.
• Monitor stock availability, store maintenance, and overall performance.
• Prepare daily field visit reports and operational updates.
• Coordinate with Head Office and report to senior management.
• Ensure proper implementation of company instructions at all stores.
• Travel regularly between stores as required.

Eligibility Criteria

• 2–3 years of experience in retail operations is mandatory.
• Must be willing to perform full-time field work.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple stores and coordinate with teams.
• Must have a valid driving licence and willingness to travel.

Job Benefits

• Petrol Expenses: Provided by the company.
• Salary: Up to ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and interview.

10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
