We are looking for a confident Telecaller to connect with potential customers, introduce software products and IT services, generate leads, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
• Explain software products and IT services.
• Generate and qualify potential sales leads.
• Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
• Schedule meetings and software demonstrations.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Maintain call reports and customer information.
• Coordinate with the sales team to achieve lead-generation targets.
