About this job
- Issue and receive tools, cutting tools, dies, jigs, fixtures, and measuring instruments.
- Maintain proper records of tool inventory, stock levels, and tool movement.
- Inspect tools for wear, damage, and defects before issuing them.
- Perform basic tool maintenance, cleaning, grinding, and sharpening as required.
- Support tool setup and changeover activities on production machines.
- Ensure proper storage, identification, and traceability of tools.
- Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for tool availability.
- Monitor minimum stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Maintain 5S, cleanliness, and safety standards in the tool room.
- Follow company quality procedures and safety instructions.
- Report damaged tools, abnormal wear, and maintenance requirements promptly.

- ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
