- ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare South Indian dishes such as Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttapam, and varieties of South Indian meals.
- Maintain food quality, taste, hygiene, and presentation.
- Manage kitchen preparation, stock, and food wastage.
- Follow FSSAI food safety and kitchen hygiene standards.
- Ensure timely preparation and smooth kitchen operations.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in South Indian cuisine.
- Good knowledge of South Indian recipes and cooking techniques.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
- Hotel or restaurant experience preferred.
