Junior Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure timely tax compliance and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain daily accounts, purchase and sales entries, and expense records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Handle GST returns, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
• Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts, and financial statements.
• Maintain ledgers, cash books, and monthly accounts.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, suppliers, and customers.
• Maintain documentation for import-export transactions, where applicable.
• Assist in monthly closing, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Required Qualifications \& Skills

• B.Com or equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
• Good understanding of GST, TDS, and Indian taxation.
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and numerical accuracy.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
