- Manage day-to-day cinema operations \& show activities
- Supervise FOH staff, ushers \& operational teams
- Ensure smooth show execution, auditorium readiness \& guest experience
- Handle customer complaints, escalations \& service recovery
- Coordinate F\&B, Box Office, Housekeeping \& Security teams
- Maintain SOP, safety, hygiene \& service standards
