Customer Care Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Care Executive to handle customer queries and provide excellent service to cinema guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries related to tickets, shows, seating, offers, and bookings.
• Assist customers with booking, cancellation, refund, and payment-related issues.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with cinema operations and other teams to resolve customer concerns.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Ensure a positive and hassle-free customer experience.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-service-oriented and problem-solving attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or the cinema industry is an advantage.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay

₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
