About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a good eye for design, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to create engaging visual content for digital and marketing requirements.

Freshers with a strong portfolio and good knowledge of design tools are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative and visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing campaigns.
• Design social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
• Develop creative concepts based on brand and marketing requirements.
• Work closely with the marketing and business teams to understand design requirements.
• Edit and enhance images, graphics, and visual content.
• Maintain consistency in brand colors, fonts, layouts, and overall visual identity.
• Create designs according to required formats and dimensions for different platforms.
• Make revisions based on feedback and deliver designs within deadlines.
• Stay updated with current design trends and creative ideas.
• Organize and maintain design files and assets.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Knowledge of Canva is an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Good creative and visual thinking skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and convert ideas into visual designs.
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to learn new tools and design techniques.

Eligibility

• Graduate / Diploma / Certification in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Experienced candidates with relevant graphic design experience can also apply.
• Candidates should have a portfolio of design work or relevant academic/personal projects.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Nashik.

Experience

• Fresher: 0–1 year
• Experienced: 1–3 years in Graphic Design / Visual Design / Creative Design
