About the Role

We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and social-media-savvy Social Media Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and supporting the company's digital presence.

Freshers with good knowledge of social media platforms and content creation are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
• Create and publish engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Plan and maintain a social media content calendar.
• Create and coordinate posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and other social media content.
• Write engaging and relevant captions, hashtags, and social media copy.
• Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
• Respond to customer comments and messages professionally.
• Research current social media trends, topics, hashtags, and content formats.
• Coordinate with the graphic designer, videographer, and video editor to create quality content.
• Track social media performance and prepare basic reports.
• Monitor competitor social media activities and identify content opportunities.
• Support social media campaigns and promotional activities.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends and platform features.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong understanding of social media trends and content formats.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.
• Basic knowledge of Canva or other content creation tools.
• Basic understanding of hashtags, captions, engagement, and social media analytics.
• Good research and content-writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Good attention to detail.

Eligibility

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, Journalism, or any related field is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content Creation, or related fields can also apply.
• Candidates should have an active interest in social media and digital content.
• Candidates must be willing to work on-site in Nashik.

Experience

• Fresher: 0–1 year
• Experienced: 1–3 years in Social Media / Digital Marketing / Content Creation
