Location: Kolkata Working Days: Monday to Saturday Salary: Up to ₹20,000/- take-home per month ### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 1. SOURCING & SCREENING

• Source prospective candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screenings.
• Evaluate candidate suitability against client specifications. 2. INTERVIEW COORDINATION
• Schedule interview rounds between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to ensure smooth completion of the interview process. 3. END-TO-END TRACKING
• Track candidate status throughout the selection process up to onboarding.
• Maintain and update recruitment database records. ### REQUIREMENTS
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of recent experience.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work Infrastructure: Stable internet connection and laptop/PC required.
