Key Responsibilities Prepare cakes, cream cakes, pastries, and other bakery products as per standard recipes. Handle cake mixing, baking, layering, filling, frosting, and decoration. Follow standard recipes, portion sizes, and production timelines. Maintain consistency in taste, texture, appearance, and quality. Ensure proper storage and handling of raw materials and finished products. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen and equipment. Follow FIFO/FEFO and food safety standards. Check raw materials for quality and report shortages or quality issues. Minimize wastage and maintain proper production records. Support the team during peak production hours and QSR operations. Follow all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and operational standards. Required Skills Basic knowledge of cake and bakery production. Ability to work in a fast-paced QSR environment. Good hygiene and food-handling practices. Teamwork and willingness to learn. Ability to work in rotational/flexible shifts.
