Company: Grahstha Solar Salary: ₹20,000–₹30,000 per month (Negotiable for the right candidate) Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience Job Type: Full-time Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh About the Role Grahstha Solar is looking for a skilled and experienced creative professional who can independently handle graphic designing, video shooting, video editing, and social media content creation for our solar business. We are looking for someone who can turn our solar installations, products, and projects into high-quality marketing content that attracts customers and generates leads. Key Responsibilities - Design professional marketing posters, brochures, pamphlets, banners, and promotional creatives. - Visit solar installation sites and shoot high-quality videos of installations, projects, and customer testimonials. - Edit videos professionally for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social media platforms. - Create engaging Reels showcasing solar installations, before-and-after results, customer experiences, and company projects. - Create social media creatives for promotional campaigns, offers, and advertisements. - Independently manage the complete content creation process, from shooting to final editing and publishing-ready output. Required Skills - Proven experience in graphic designing and professional video editing. - Strong command of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent professional tools. - Practical experience shooting videos using a camera or smartphone with appropriate equipment. - Ability to create engaging Reels with good transitions, colour grading, sound design, and storytelling. - A strong portfolio demonstrating previous posters, brochures, and edited videos. - Ability to work independently and deliver quality content within deadlines. Important Requirements Freshers and inexperienced candidates should not apply. Candidates must share their portfolio or previous work samples along with their application. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with real estate, solar, construction, automobile, or other product-based businesses. Salary & Benefits ₹20,000 per month onwards, depending on skills and experience. Higher compensation is available for candidates who demonstrate exceptional creative and technical abilities.
