Customer Care Executive

Job Description: We are looking for a customer-friendly and responsible Customer Care Executive for our laundry and dry-cleaning chain. Key Responsibilities: Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and enquiries. Book home pickups and coordinate deliveries. Provide order status updates and follow up on pending orders. Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution. Coordinate with multiple outlets and delivery teams. Maintain customer records and encourage repeat business. Requirements: Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp. Previous customer service experience preferred. Pleasant attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills.
