Assist with US tax return queries and documentation. Follow up on pending documents and missing information. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues. Maintain accurate client records in the CRM. Required Skills: Good English communication skills. Customer service and problem-solving skills. Basic computer knowledge.
