Generate life insurance business through the agency channel. Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance advisors. Motivate agents to achieve sales targets and business goals. Provide product knowledge and sales support to agents. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Ensure proper follow-up with prospective customers and agents. Maintain customer relationships and support policy servicing. Candidate RequirementsGraduate candidates are eligible. Any sales experience is acceptable. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
