Claim Coordinator

Assist clients with claim intimation and required documentation.  Coordinate with insurers, TPAs, hospitals, surveyors and garages, as applicable.  Collect and check documents required for claim processing.  Track claim progress and follow up on pending requirements.  Keep clients informed about claim status and outstanding documents.  Maintain claim records and escalate delays or unresolved issues to the consultant.  Assist with claim-related emails and correspondence. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS  Good written and spoken English, with accurate English typing skills.  Comfortable using email and maintaining basic trackers.  Patient, organised and responsive when dealing with clients.  Willing to learn insurance claim procedures.
