Job Description We are looking for confident and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Executives. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and inquiries efficiently. Communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with customers. Understand customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide appropriate solutions. Escalate complex customer issues to the relevant team whenever required. Maintain service quality and meet assigned performance targets. Ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving. Candidate Requirements: Minimum 6 months of customer service experience is mandatory. Excellent English communication skills are required (Versant / V6 level). Must be 100% comfortable working in rotational shifts. Must be comfortable working 5.5 days per week. Must be willing to work from the office (100% work from office).
