Practical experience in manual PCB soldering. Knowledge of soldering irons, solder wire, flux and desoldering tools. Basic understanding of electronic components and PCB layouts. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to identify soldering defects and perform basic corrections. Knowledge of SMD soldering and PCB rework will be an advantage.
