Job Description – Accounts Executive Position: Accounts Executive Experience: 2 Years Skills Required: Tally Prime, GST, TDS, ESI, PF, MS Excel Job Responsibilities Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Tally Prime. Prepare and maintain sales, purchase, receipt, payment, and journal entries. Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, returns, and related documentation. Manage TDS calculations, deductions, payments, and returns. Maintain ESI and PF records and ensure timely compliance and payments. Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper accounting records. Prepare invoices, vouchers, ledgers, and supporting documents. Assist with monthly and annual closing of accounts. Prepare reports and MIS using MS Excel. Coordinate with auditors, vendors, customers, and internal teams regarding accounting matters. Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of financial records and statutory compliance. Required Skills2 years of practical experience in accounting. Good working knowledge of Tally Prime. Knowledge of GST, TDS, ESI, and PF compliance. Good command of MS Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and basic reporting. Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and organizational skills. Qualification B.Com / Any relevant accounting qualification preferred.
