Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Daily Operations

1 Handle end-to-end accounting for high-volume daily transactions across multiple cities

2 Manage accounting for order revenue, delivery fees, commissions, discounts, refunds, and cancellations

3 Process vendor, dark store, and last-mile delivery partner payments

4 Perform daily bank, COD, wallet, and payment gateway reconciliations (UPI, cards, net banking)

GST, Compliance & Statutory

1 Manage GST compliance for multi-state quick commerce operations (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, ITC reconciliation)

2 Handle TDS compliances for vendors, riders, and service providers

3 Ensure compliance with Companies Act, statutory filings, and internal controls

4 Support internal and external audits and closure of audit observations

Cost Control & Unit Economics

1 Track key operational metrics such as cost per order, delivery cost, rider incentives, fuel costs, and dark store expenses

2 Analyze losses due to cancellations, returns, shrinkage, and promotions

3 Support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis at city/store level

4 Prepare MIS reports for management with actionable insights

Process & Scale

1 Work closely with operations, supply chain, and tech teams to resolve billing and reconciliation gaps

2 Help build scalable finance processes aligned with Flipkart/Amazon-level controls and reporting

3 Drive automation and process improvements in reconciliation, reporting, and payouts

4 Mentor junior accountants and review their work
