Business Analyst Mumbai

What You’ll Do

Interact with clients to understand business requirements, challenges and expectations

Gather, analyse and document requirements clearly

Translate client requirements into actionable inputs for internal and technology teams

Coordinate between clients, product, technology and operations teams

Track project activities, deliverables and timelines

Prepare reports, process documents, presentations and requirement documents

Review data and reports for accuracy, completeness and inconsistencies

Support client onboarding, product demonstrations and user training

Identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements

Follow up with stakeholders and ensure tasks are driven to closure

Must-Have Skills

Strong verbal and written English communication

Good knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

Strong analytical and problem-solving ability

Excellent documentation and presentation skills

Ability to understand business processes and convert them into clear requirements

Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

Attention to detail with a structured approach to work

Confidence in interacting with corporate clients

Preferred Skills

Exposure to Business Analysis, Operations, SaaS or client-facing roles

Understanding of requirement gathering and process mapping

Experience preparing MIS reports, trackers or management presentations

Exposure to client onboarding or software training

Basic understanding of technology and SaaS products

Ability to quickly learn new tools and business processes

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in any relevant discipline.

Fresh graduates with strong analytical, communication and presentation skills are also encouraged to apply.
