About the Role

We are looking for customer-focused professionals with experience in international travel processes to join our TUI customer support team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to handle travel-related queries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer queries related to international travel bookings, reservations, and travel services.

Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and itinerary-related concerns, as per process guidelines.

Provide accurate information and timely resolutions through designated customer support channels.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Follow company policies, quality standards, and process-specific procedures.

Coordinate with relevant internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International Travel Process.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.

Strong customer service, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

Willingness to work from the Gurugram office and in assigned shifts.

Salary & Benefits

CTC

Up to ₹32,000 per month.

In-hand

Approximately ₹27,000 per month, subject to salary structure and deductions.

Cab facility available.
