Electrician

Electricians install, maintain, repair, and test electrical power, lighting, communication, and control systems.

CORE RESPONSIBILITY

Reading Technical Plans

Interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan system layouts and locate outlets, switches, and panels.

Installation & Assembly

Install new wiring, conduits, circuit breakers, transformers, lighting fixtures, and electrical appliances.

Troubleshooting & Diagnostics

Identify electrical malfunctions using testing devices like voltmeters and ammeters.

Repair & Replacement

Fix or replace damaged wires, faulty switches, broken breakers, and worn-out electrical components.

Safety & Code Compliance

Ensure all work adheres to local building codes, safety regulations, and national electrical standards.

Routine Maintenance

Perform scheduled inspections of electrical panels, motors, and machinery to prevent breakdowns.

Responsibilities

Apprentice

Reads basic diagrams, runs conduit, and performs installations under the supervision of a licensed professional.

Journeyman

Works independently to repair systems, inspect facilities, and supervise apprentices.

Master Electrician

Designs complex electrical layouts, manages projects, ensures full code compliance, and mentors team members

Pay

₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
