Roles & Responsibilities

Contact potential customers and explain insurance products and policies.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about policy benefits, premiums, and coverage.

Follow up with interested customers and generate sales.

Maintain customer records and update information in the system.

Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to team performance.
