Job Summary

Monsoon Salon is looking for an experienced, customer-focused, and energetic Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, lead the salon team, achieve sales targets, and ensure an excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.

Lead, motivate, and supervise hairstylists, beauticians, therapists, and front-desk staff.

Achieve monthly revenue targets and drive business growth.

Handle customer queries, feedback, complaints, and service recovery.

Maintain high standards of customer service, hygiene, and salon presentation.

Manage staff schedules, attendance, grooming, and performance.

Promote salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products.

Monitor appointments, walk-ins, repeat visits, and customer retention.

Maintain inventory of salon products and ensure proper stock management.

Prepare daily sales reports and monitor team performance.

Ensure staff follow salon policies, service protocols, and professional standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Minimum 2–5 years of experience in salon or beauty industry management.

Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.

Good sales, upselling, and customer relationship management abilities.

Knowledge of salon services, products, and daily operations.

Ability to handle customer complaints professionally.

Basic computer skills and knowledge of billing and reporting systems.

Strong focus on revenue generation and customer satisfaction.

Monthly sales and revenue targets.

Customer satisfaction and retention.
