SALES AND CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE

Handle customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails.

Manage customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups.

Drive sales by promoting products, converting leads, and achieving sales targets.

Suggest suitable products to customers and generate repeat business through upselling and cross-selling.

Maintain good customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinate with internal teams for order updates and issue resolution.

Maintain customer records, sales reports, and follow-up details.

Required Skills

Fluent English communication (verbal and written) is mandatory.

Good sales, customer-handling, and negotiation skills.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience preferred, particularly in the apparel and fashion industry.

Basic computer knowledge and MS Excel skills.

Prior CRM, telesales, or customer service experience preferred.

Pay

₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
