Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and basic knowledge of IT products, software, and technology services.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, and online platforms.

Connect with potential clients and understand their business requirements.

Present IT services and software solutions to prospective customers.

Schedule meetings and follow up with leads.

Prepare quotations and proposals as required.

Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic understanding of IT services, software applications, websites, and technology solutions.

Confidence in speaking with clients and conducting sales discussions.

Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.

Knowledge of MS Office, email communication, and internet research.

Preferred Qualifications

Graduate in any discipline.

Prior experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or customer service is an advantage.

Freshers with strong communication skills and an interest in technology are encouraged to apply.
