Deputy Manager – Operations (Call Center)

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily call center operations and achieve sales and productivity targets.
Lead team leaders and monitor operational performance.
Handle dialer configuration, campaign setup, lead allocation, and agent mapping.
Monitor connect rates, call dispositions, and dialer performance.
Prepare MIS reports and drive conversion and productivity improvements.
Ensure compliance with IRDAI guidelines and company policies.
Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in call center operations, preferably in life insurance.
Strong knowledge of dialer management, campaign configuration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent team management, Excel, MIS reporting, and analytical skills.
