Job Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, generating leads, explaining property details, and scheduling meetings for our real estate sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and investors.
- Generate leads for property sales, rentals, and lease opportunities.
- Explain property details, pricing, and project information to clients.
- Follow up with interested customers and maintain client records.
- Schedule site visits and meetings for the sales team.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Hindi communication skills; English is an advantage.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- A positive attitude and customer-handling skills.
