Job Description

Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and target-driven candidates to join our Email Marketing team. We welcome both freshers eager to start their careers and experienced professionals with a background in email marketing, lead generation, or industry-specific outreach.

The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude, and a willingness to work towards lead generation targets for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

Execute email marketing campaigns for US-based clients.

Work on industry-specific leads and targeted email outreach.

Support lead generation activities and achieve assigned targets.

Maintain and utilize relevant email databases for campaign execution.

Collaborate with the team to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Eligibility & Requirements

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 2+ years of email marketing experience are preferred.

Experience in industries such as staffing or healthcare will be an advantage.

An existing database of 250–400 relevant email IDs is preferred for experienced candidates.

Willingness to work in a target-driven lead generation role.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach.

Familiarity with domain-specific leads and US client campaigns is an advantage.
